AS OPERATIONS & PROGRAMS INTERN, YOU WILL PLAY A vital ROLE IN juggling THE many of the details and day-to-day operations and programs of a fast growing non- profit. There are opportunities to help keep the office running efficiently, ensure each department has necessary resources to be effective, and developing our programs. Interns are also involved in the execution of the project's details, ensuring delivery of information to correct project teams. Task management, organization, spreadsheets, research, planning, and communicating are key parts of this intern position. YOU WILL help empower our team members at Karam Foundation across Turkey, Syria, and the United States.



  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)


  • Supporting the Director of Operations and Programs in a wide range of responsibilities including:

    • Coaching programs staff on using project management tools, writing reports, and conducting data analysis for internal documentation purposes and grant reporting.

    • On-boarding new team members and maintaining employee records

    • Email & schedule management

    • Research, draft, and develop needed program tools, policies, and resources

    • Participating in meetings with current and future organizational partners
