OUR STORY (SEPTEMBER 2015): We are sisters who stay at home while our siblings, go to work every morning, for 10 hours a day, selling tissues on the street, in order to support our family. We hope that our family receives enough support so our twin brothers, and older sister and brother can go to school with us too.
UPDATE - MARCH 2016: "We really like our school. We love our Arabic teacher. She is really patient with us and helps us with our homework. Our director, Mohamad is also very nice to us. Our favorite subject is Arabic. It is very useful for us. Everyday we are excited to go to school. We wake ourselves up. We are in a class with 25 other kids. We have made lots of friends. Thank you Karam!" -Asmah
UPDATE - JUNE 2016: "School is awesome! Every day when we go, we feel so happy. I’ve learned how to read and write and Asma knows the entire alphabet now! We love our teachers. This summer, we both want to take classes to make up for the time that we couldn’t go to school. We also want to play with our friends, Rawan and Rama."- Aya
